Lotte World Adventure Theme Park

I'm a theme/amusement park (or whatever you call it) frantic. It all starts when I started working in Universal Studios, and I realised the hardship and safety that goes behind all those fun and laughters. Call it occupational hazard, but I enjoy seeing how other park operate.

So Lotte World Theme Park is a must-go in my itinerary!

Ticket Pricing

The difference between 'Daily Passport Ticket' and 'Admission Only Ticket' is that 'Daily Passport Ticket' entitles you to all the rides while 'Admission Only Ticket' does not. 'Admission Only Ticket' allows you to just enter the park and enjoy facilities like the Folk Museum, their parade and other performance available. Therefore, DO NOT LOSE YOUR TICKET AT ALL TIMES!! Cause your ticket is needed to enter the rides.After 4 ticket are for admission after 4. It is pretty worth it cause the park usually close at 10pm, so you're left with 6 hours to play. Then again, the queue for rides after 4 is crazy!

Remember to check out their website for operating hours and promotion that may save yourself a few dollars. :)

Remember to catch their parade, which last from 15 - 30 minutes each time. Refer to the Live Show & Event Program Guide for the parade timing.

Rides that I recommend:

I wouldn't say that these rides are for thrill seeker or perhaps I'm just immune to fast rides after taking Battlestar Galactica and Revenge of the Mummy for like 91867138158713 times!

The ride, French Revolution, is the one that Running Man went during their 9th episode.

The queue for these rides, however, is loooooong... So to save your time, remember to get their Magic Pass! This pass allows you to cut the long queue and enter the attraction at a specific timing. You still gotta queue but at least it reduces the waiting time by a lot!

What I loves most about Lotte World is the enthusiasm of the staffs there. Just look at this video!

Well, this is one thing that I definitely cannot do it! Kudos to their professionalism!

Food & Beverages

Sadly, Lotte World does not allow you to re-enter the park after exiting. So you gotta settle all your meals in the park.

My favourite out of all the food choices available is this!

A creative way to carry around both drink and food (popcorn chicken) at a low price of 4,000won! I can't remember where did I get this from, but it's from a stall at the 1F or 2F. I had this while watching the parade.

Lotte World Folk Museum

Operation Hours: 0930 - 2000 (Weekdays); 0930 - 2100 (Weekends)
Location: 3F of Lotte World
Admission: Free with Daily Passport Ticket / 5,000won (if I'm not wrong)

In Lotte Folk Musuem, the history and culture of Korea is revived at the Historical Exhibition and actual images of Korea ancestors lives in Joseon can be seen in the Miniature Village.
